Today presidential candidate John McCain named Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska, as his running mate. Gov. Palin just appeared on my radar (and the radar of many Americans), so I am not endorsing her or McCain at this point. But, I am impressed with what a mother of 5, including a special needs child, can accomplish. She has walked the walk on the PTA, as mayor, as governor, and now VP hopeful. She is about to send off her oldest son to serve in Iraq as well. She seems to be the ultimate Mommy Forward, don't you think?Image: FreeDigitalPhotos.net
